1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective.

• The item delivered is different from what was ordered.

• The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a refund request, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refunds

The following items are non-refundable:

• Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy products)

• Customized or personalized items

• Items purchased during clearance sales, unless defective or damaged

b. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

• In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

• For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

c. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We also offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined in Section 3(a).
